These sort of house turned into shop concept is often common when I was down south like Sea + Saw which is another establishment that understands coffee making. The parking system is messy and its best to park along the public road and hope that it will still be there when you’re back.
Once you’re in, you’ll find yourself in an oven and it will only get sweatier when the caffeine kicks in. That being said, their people are friendly like how any should be. About the coffee, I was surprised to find G22 makes decent cups of Cappuccino and Flat White but appalling Piccolo (each at RM10). Same barista, same ingredients but the end result can be so worlds apart.
