Dear Snob,
First and foremost I would like to thank you for your services on devising the good cafes from the bad ones. I am no pro in coffee but I'll have cappuccino here and there. Sometimes it is just so good to me where I want more but when I return it tasted nothing like when I was first here. Occurrence of such really brings me to tears and keeps me asking myself if I should tell the person or get a refund. Help?

These things are just annoying isn't it? It's nothing new since most things in life are. I do get infuriated by bad coffee from frequent revaluation. When I don't finish your coffee, you may always ask and I would be more than glad to share my expertise believing in second chances. To answer your question, if your cup is not made up to your liking, approach the baristas and kindly ask for one tailored to your liking. BUT never ask for a refund.

Everything is bad. This and that is lousy. One star here, two stars there. You should be banned. Do you know your reviews could ruin the already difficult to run business scene in Malaysia?

An entity should exist if and only if it is competent to compete against its rivals. Some will live while some will inevitably die, the course of natural selection. I could even tell you are so anti-choice that it is certain that you do not drive a Ferrari and based on the ideology you possess, you are most certainly the sort of person who drives a nannied-since-birth car maker, Proton. And especially you my friend in question, a Proton Saga FLX.
If only I were as powerful as the authority, less than deserving cafes wouldn't be filled with morons such as yourself with the latest iPhone wasting their Sundays way taking photographs of themselves. As much as I believe that was a need for the Snob, none of the bad cafes I've been to has angered me as much as BAC. That was the last straw on the camel's back and my true calling. So my angered business owners, you know where to look.
Huge holidays are coming our way, stay safe on the road and The Snob will hopefully be back before you know it.
