It was on a Sunday morning when I had one too many servings of Speyside single malt whiskey when I visited LOC. Parking is quite a challenge be it early on weekends, then again that’s what the chauffer is for. I was greeted with a warm welcome upon stepping into Leagues of Captain and ordered the usual Cap and Latte. Having paid for them at a makes no difference 10 or 11 before GST, I was kindly informed to go upstairs (which I did) for a greater view.
I must say the glimpse isn’t bad though a little sunny to my liking so I’d rather be on the inside but it reminded me too much of a club that preceded it, smells like one too. My cups of coffee were brought to me shortly after that with a very polite man. Their blend of espresso and milk is patiently brewed with heart-warming passion for coffee in mind that can be tasted on the palate.
As a whole, service and friendliness is no less than impeccable. LOC should be very proud of what they are doing to have gotten praise from the Snob.
